SCA Facility Usage Information

For our members, our recently renovated, historic facility is available. Three large rooms accommodate many people, and the updated kitchen facilities are caterer friendly. Tables and chairs are also provided.  Linen service is available at a nominal rate.

Our reasonable Shared Facility User rates are based on less than our cost of providing the facility for the time period required.  Set-up and clean-up is the renter's responsibility, and a security deposit is required. 

Available with the inside facility use are:

  • twenty-five 5' round tables
  • fifty-two 30" X 8'rnbanquet tables
  • eleven 30" x 6' banquet tables
  • 200 upholstered chairs
  • 75 sturdy plastic chairs. 

Also included is the use of our sound system in the auditorium.

We do not allow open/uncovered candles, tape, tacks, or nails on any part of facility.

The linen service rates are available upon request.
