Chef Jarred Teaching “Healthy Cooking At Home” June 22 & 25

You will enjoy learning, laughter and a wonderful meal!  Can’t make the whole series?  Pick your favorite menu and attend that one.  The second course of the series begins on Thursday, June 22 from 10 am -1 pm. This Hands-On Class with full meal is featuring Chinese Long Bean Salad, withCoco Rubbed Pork tenderloin & Grilled Plums with Hassleback, Sweet Potatoes, Bok Choy and Summer Fruits in White Wine Syrup with Mint & Yogurt!  Aren’t you hungry now?
 
The class complete with signature beverage is $95 per person. The third and final course in the series is Sunday, June 25 from  4-6 pm.
 
Resident Chef Jarred has spent twenty five years of his career as an executive chef in restaurants, five star resorts and high end country clubs including the Sanctuary Golf Club (2000-2005). In 2005 He moved to England and was pleased to work as a private chef and Gastro Pub owner.  He was thrilled to be able to source meat and produce locally and embrace the ‘Field to Fork’ ethos, so he fits right in at the Community House’s Culinary Education Center.
